Terms of Use

By downloading and saving this digital product of my files, you are obtaining a “license to use” my graphic images and designs and are agreeing to the following terms of this user license.

My graphic creations may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way. These items are either sold at my store, or made available at my blog as a free download. If you find these items elsewhere by anyone else – for sale and/or download – please notify me

You MAY NOT SHARE this product with anyone what so ever. This product is not to be shared in Yahoo groups, or any other sharing group. You may not upload this product to any file sharing site (4shared, RapidShare, Pando, Media Fire, etc) with the intentions of illegally sharing this product with others i If you do it’s PIRACY! That is illegal!

I’d love to see your work, please share with me your creations and you may just find your creation featured on my Blog. Comments and suggestions are welcome, too!

ALL KIT CONTENTS ARE COPYRIGHTED TO MELANIE LEES

In buying this kit, elements, papers, etc., you are agreeing to use all products for PERSONAL USE unless a COMMERCIAL USE License is purchased. This personal use license extends to Scrap For Hire / Scrap for Others with permitted use as stated below. For information on alternative Commercial Licensing, please email me

By purchasing / downloading my designs from any one of my stores, or from my blog, you acknowledge receipt of a license to use the designs for PERSONAL and LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE ONLY, but not the rights to the designs themselves.

YOU MAY

You ARE allowed under this personal use license the following:

  1. You may use these products in your small business such as scrap booking and/or design business, scrap for hire, photography, card making, web design or other small business venture to the extent listed below:
  2. You may alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrap booking and card making.
  3. You may submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine for publication as long as proper credit is given to me. This includes any images you may have altered.
  4. You may use the graphics to designs Ebay Templates, Websites, Blog Templates for Personal use ONLY, provided that:
    * All website design must be for family friendly websites only, No indecent websites will be tolerated.
    * The use of graphics requires credit given on the website [graphics by |BeeHaven Designz|].
    * Blog Templates and Web Templates/sites made from this product must be for personal use only and not for resale.
  5. No credit is required for personal scrapbook layout usage. BUT I truly APPRECIATE being credited in your TOU as it takes many hours to create digital graphics.

YOU MAY NOT

  1. YOU MAY NOT SHARE, LOAD OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY OR ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT. This kit is for Personal, Non-commercial use only.
  2. You may not claim these graphics as your own, and you may not recolour or otherwise alter these graphics and call them your own.
  3. You may not use any of these graphics n making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
  4. You may not offer any of my graphics on any web page for download, or any CD for sale, and you may not send them through an internet list, email or include them in any graphic collection either on the internet or otherwise.
  5. You may not print or have printed any of the original graphics, papers or kit pieces to sell in stores on websites or on ebay.
  6. You may not share these files with friends, family, etc. Please direct them to the store where you purchased your product.
  7. You may not use any of my products to create freebies to give away in person or on your blog.

STEALING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL IS A CRIME.
Any sharing of kits without paying is stealing. This means kits for sale as well as freebies that are given out. Please know that it takes many hours to design a digital kit. If you are caught sharing you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

SCRAP FOR HIRE – SCRAP FOR OTHERS

This license extends terms of use of the personal use license above. You may use my designs in your home-based Scrap For Hire work so long as it adheres to the additional following conditions:

  1. You may create custom greating cards, candy wrappers, scrapbook layouts, scrap for hire layouts, invitations and other printed/digital material for your paying customers provided that they are finished printed pieces or flattened JPG version that has been derived from the original graphics. (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/graphs/products/elements files, etc
  2. You may not sell a download or CD of any kind of the graphics in its originial form.
  3. You may not make any “Quick Pages / Brag Books” that are redistributed or resold for other people to complete with their own photos.

  2. You may use products incorporated into your designs to create scrap kits but the graphics as is may not be resold as a stand-alone product.
  3. You may create Alphas with this commercial product but graphic must be altered in some form
  4. You may create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, scrap for hire layouts, invitations and other printed/digital materials for your customers provided that they are finished pieces or flattened artwork that has been derived from the original graphics. This means that you may sell items that are printed or digitally made from these graphics but you may not sell a download or cd of any kind of the graphic in its original form.
  5. You may use the graphics in your web design projects, provided that:
    * All website design must be for family friendly websites only, No indecent websites will be tolerated.
    * The use of graphics requires credit given on the website [graphics by |BeeHaven Designz|].
    * Blog Templates and Web Templates/sites made from this product must be for personal use only and not for resale.
  6. If you are interested in creating a Blog Template or Web Design with my product for a paying customer, then please contact me first for permission via email me here
  7. You may use graphics to create EBay templates for personal use only.

  6. You may not purchase my graphics or kits and print pieces or papers from it and sell them.
