YOU MAY

You ARE allowed under this personal use agreement the following:

  1. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking or design projects, card making/hybrid scrapbooking and print a hard copy.
  2. YOU MAY use these graphics in your personal blog layout using only a flattened image in JPG that is no more than 72DPI.
  3. When using these graphs in you a personal web-site/blog, it will be necessary that the due credits are given to BeeHaven Desigzn http://www.beehavendesignz.com.
  4. YOU MAY alter any graphic with respect to colour, size, or by adding to or removing from them, to suit your design projects, but not with the intent to resell or giveaway as individual pieces.Credit is still required for any and all altered graphics or portions thereof.
  5. YOU May submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine or publication as long as PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN TO ME BeeHaven Designz. This includes any images you may have altered.

YOU MAY NOT

  1. YOU MAY NOT use any products for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, cards, stationery or any other type of art that will be used for selling or generating income from this product.
  2. YOU MAY NOT resell, redistribute, give away or claim these graphics as your own or alter them to claim as your own.
  3. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
  4. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics on any web page for download or send them through an internet list or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
  5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
  6. You MAY NOT use ACTIONS to make products which are to be sold for profit.

SCRAP FOR HIRE

This license extends terms of use of personal use license.

You may use my designs in your home-based Scrap For Hire work so long as it adherers to the following conditions:

YOU MAY:

  1. YOU MAY create layouts for individual clients without asking permission or purchasing an additional license.
  2. YOU  MAY use this set in creating custom flattened image files or printed layouts for your customers. Your client MUST NOT receive the layered version of the layout or individual elements. The finished product must be given to a client ONLY in a .jpg (flattened) or printed version.(i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/graphs/products/elements files, etc)
  3. YOU MAY also use graphics in your personal scrapbooking, layouts and frame making.
  4. You may alter any graphics with respect to colour, size or by adding to or removing from them.
  5. When using these graphs in you a personal web-site/blog, it will be necessary that the due credits are given to BeeHaven Desigzn http://www.beehavendesignz.com.

YOU MAY NOT:

  1. You MAY NOT use my quickpages, brag book pages or templates in your Scrap for Hire work and offer them for sale at Physics Stores, On-Line Stores or any Web-sites.   2. You MAY NOT create and reuse quickpages with my products to sell to multiple customers.
  3. You MAY NOT create to resell printable products with my products to sell to multiple customers.
  4. Layered .psd products are NOT ALLOWED.
  5. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics images on any web page for download.
  6. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, patterns, styles and redistribute them in any way.
  7. YOU MAY NOT add my graphics as is to any CD for sale.
  8. YOU MAY NOT claim as yours.
  9. You MAY NOT use my designs as part of freebies.
  10. You MAY NOT distribute my images via royalty free stocks in any form even as a part of your images.
  11. Freebies given away on my blog or store are NOT allowed to be used for S4H/S40 purposes. Special requests will be consider only if emailed to me here

COMMERCIAL USE

You have authorisation to use my graphics for to compose or make your digital scraps products to resale in Personal Use/S4H/S4O format at a kit or pack;

YOU MAY

You ARE allowed under this commercial use agreement the following:

  1. Use the product to compose or make your own designs such as…- Scrapbook Pages;
    - Hybrid Works;
    - Cards;
    - Scrapbook kits and Packs;
    - Candy Wrappers;
    - Rubber Stamps;
    - Cross Stitch and Embroidery Kits (You can Digitalise designs and to make yours Embroidery);
    - Web-sites and Blogs Layouts.
  2. Use  of these products commercially, in your web-site/blog, it will be necessary that the due credits are given to BeeHaven Desigzn http://www.beehavendesignz.com.
  3. You may use them to create items for sale in digital scrapbooking kits ONLY.
  4. You may use them to create pages for paying non-profit clients for Personal Usage ONLY (Quick Pages).
  5. You may alter these elements (recolour, add pattern, etc) but you cannot claim the original form or the altered form as your own.

YOU MAY NOT

  1. You may not redistribute the unaltered original files individually or as a group.
  2. You may not share this product with anyone via e-mail or a downloadable link or in any other manner.
  3. You may not distribute on websites, groups, per e-mail or any way, neither for free.
  4. You may not claim these graphics as your own;
  5. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own;
  6. You may not add them to Software Programs;
  7. You may not use my “commercial use products” to make other “commercial use products”, you may only use to make  personal use or S4H/S4O products;
  8. You may not use my products to make freebies (clustered elements on the transparent background, Quick Pages etc).
  9. You may not use my products to create stock images, or distribute via royalty free stocks in any form even as a part of your images is prohibited.
  10. You may not create a pack or kit with only these products. My commercial products should make up no more than 70% of a another pack or kit;
  11. You may not resell my graphics such as TEMPLATES, ACTIONS, BRUSHES, SHAPES AND STYLES in their original form (i.e you may not resell my psd, abr, csh and atn and files);
  12. You may not use my graphics on illegal websites or publications and you may not use my graphics for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial material;
  13. You may not transform my products in a grayscale item to be resold as a Template.
Please, give a proper credit to BeeHaven Designz in your TOU, if you use my products as a part of your products for selling and / or publication.

Limited Liability

BeeHaven Designz (Melanie Lees) shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these items.
