IMPORTANT NOTE: On this site, we sell both physical products and digital products.
Products are clearly labelled and described with either Digital Download or Printed. Printed products are physical items handmade by us such as planner stickers, planner inserts and planner accessories that will be physically mailed to you.
To estimate the delivery cost to your area, use the delivery calculator win the cart when you’re ready to check out.
Beehaven Designz will email your order confirming your details once you have placed your order. We do not take any responsibility for mail that is damaged, especially when delivered to PO Boxes.
The delivery of products to some remote/isolated areas may be to the closest barge or Freight Company. You will then need to arrange continued delivery (including any additional cost) from the depot to your home address.
Do you Ship Internationally?
International orders are welcome, the postage calculator in the cart will confirm the delivery options available in your area. The cost of delivery is based on the product, your postcode and the delivery zone that it falls into.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All products are made to order with a processing time between 3 to 20 business days to print & package ready to ship. (30 business days during sales or special events)
Current processing times are displayed at the very top of our website.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping & processing times are different from each other.
Processing is the time it takes to make, print, cut & pack your order. The order processing time DOES NOT include shipping time.
Shipping time is up to the POSTAL SERVICE which I have no control over.
We can not give you an exact time frame of when your order will arrive. We can provide you with estimates as given to us by Australia Post.

Beehaven Designz ships all orders with Australia Post.
Delivery to parts of Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania and remote/isolated areas may take a significant amount of time and are subject to local transport schedules.
Should there be any issues with stock availability, Beehaven Designz will contact you to advise of any delays. If you have any questions about delivery you can contact us before placing your order.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS shipped via STANDARD POST estimated delivery time from the date your order is shipped:
Metro areas: 2-7 business days for delivery
Regional areas: 2 -10 business days for delivery
Upgrade to PRIORITY POST delivery time 2 to 4 business days for delivery to metro areas and 2 to 6 business days for regional.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – shipped via ECONOMY AIRMAIL with estimated delivery time of 2-8 weeks.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Is my order tracked?
When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way to you.
Order tracking is only available if you selected/paid for the upgrade shipping option that includes tracking during checkout for your order. For further details on the tracking of your order please visit the mail tracking area of the Australia Post website
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of the products sold in our store, we do not issue refunds for any digital downloadable products unless we deem Beehaven Designz is at fault (i.e. duplicate payments). If you are having problems with your order, please feel free to contact us. Orders which have download attempts shown in the download history will not be considered eligible for a refund. Please review your Order History prior to placing orders to ensure the product(s) have not been previously purchased. We advise customers to read our product descriptions thoroughly and confirm the file type(s) are compatible with your digital scrapbook software.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
As much as all of the products are lovingly made, some lemons may escape our scrutiny. While we try our best to package your order securely, once it leaves our hands I cannot take responsibility for it.
Sorry, WE DO NOT accept refunds for any purchases.
It’s important to us that you love the product we’ve created for you. Should you have any difficulties or you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and I’ll be happy to offer a replacement product or in some cases store credit.

The digital products offered in this store are digital scrapbook products.
Only digital products on this site are a downloadable digital file, and no physical product will be mail to you for a digital product.
Digital product files are sold in digital format for you to download to your computer in a zipped archive.
You can use a program like Winzip, Winrar, or other utility to open these archives and get the individual files out of them.
Each digital product is checked for the highest of quality and created at 300 dpi to allow you to use them digitally or make high-quality prints for use in your personal projects! Please enjoy browsing the store and all that we have to offer!
The digital download link can be retrieved by logging into the store then clicking on My Account. A list of previous orders will appear, click on the view button beside the Order # in question. The download link is located on the invoice beside the Product name.
NOTE: All download links automatically expire after 30 days or 5 clicks, whichever comes first.
RESET DIGITAL ORDERS:
Orders over 30 days old will not be reset. It is highly recommended that you backup your purchases onto discs or external hard drives. Requests to rest orders over 7 days old will incur a $5 administration fee.
ATTENTION EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS:
Due to the new changes in the EU VAT tax, we will no longer be able to process orders from our EU customers. We are working on a fix and will let you know when it becomes available.
